" The Garden of Ian"
The Newest Project of St. Tammany Humane Society
"A picture
is worth a 1,000 words!" And for the homeless animals of STHS a good
picture could be the difference between a new, loving family or the same
kennel walls at the shelter. St. Tammany Humane Society is calling on
its supporters to lend a helping hand in raising funds for its
newest project, "The Garden of Ian." The money raised will go directly toward an area to showcase the adoptable pets of STHS. "The Garden of Ian" will be used to photo our furry friends, ultimately increasing their chances of finding a forever home.
Money raised will also go toward a new parking lot at St. Tammany Humane Society. With increasing veterinary business and adoptions, the shelter's parking area is just too small.
We are hoping to raise a total of $2,500.
For each individual who donates $250 or more to the "Garden of Ian", an engraved, bronze plate with their name will be placed in the garden eternally!
